An Exclusive Evening with Japan’s Esteemed Sake Masters
Hosted at Yuwa Japanese Cuisine, Vancouver

Yuwa Japanese Cuisine is honored to present a rare and distinguished dining experience featuring the presence of six esteemed sake masters from Japan. For one exceptional evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the master brewers behind Jikon, Tengumai, Nichi Nichi, Shichihonyari, Mimurosugi, and Kuroki Honten—some of Japan’s most respected and sought-after sake producers.

The evening will showcase a refined multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Masahiro Omori, thoughtfully paired with premium sakes introduced personally by the brewers. This is a singular opportunity to engage with the traditions, craftsmanship, and stories behind each sake in the intimate setting of one of Vancouver’s most celebrated Japanese restaurants.
