For one exceptional evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the master brewers behind Jikon, Tengumai, Nichi Nichi, Shichihonyari, Mimurosugi, and Kuroki Honten – some of Japan's most respected and sought-after sake producers.
The evening will showcase a refined multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Masahiro Omori, thoughtfully paired with premium sakes introduced personally by the brewers. This is a singular opportunity to engage with the traditions, craftsmanship, and stories behind each sake in the intimate setting of one of Vancouver's most celebrated Japanese restaurants.
